Information we collect

We may collect account details, business contact information, company name, location details, user roles, product usage information, support messages, and configuration data needed to operate Revugem.

Google OAuth and Business Profile data

Businesses may authorize Revugem through OAuth to access Google Business Profile data they own or are authorized to manage. Depending on the permissions granted and product configuration, this may include business profile information, location information, review content, review metadata, ratings, and related operational data needed to support reputation workflows.

Revugem does not ask for, collect, or store Google account passwords. Access is based on authorization provided by the business through Google OAuth.

How we use data

We use data to provide product features such as Needs Attention views, location comparison, review intelligence, issue assignment, reporting, user roles, support, security, and service improvement. We do not use Google user or business data for unrelated advertising purposes.

Storage, protection, and access

Revugem is designed to protect customer data with access controls, role-aware product access, reasonable administrative safeguards, and data minimization. Access to Google Business Profile data is limited to customer-authorized workflows.

Disconnection and deletion

Customers may disconnect Google authorization or request deletion of stored business data by contacting Revugem. We will process deletion requests according to applicable law, product requirements, and legitimate retention obligations.

Google API policy alignment

Revugem is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable, and applicable Google Business Profile API policies. This statement does not claim Google approval or official Google partner status.
