These Terms govern use of Revugem, a SaaS product owned and operated by Tripartha Global Exports Private Limited. By using Revugem, a customer agrees to use the service only for lawful, authorized business purposes.
Authorized use only
Customers must connect only Google Business Profiles and business locations they own or are authorized to manage. Users may not impersonate another business, attempt unauthorized access, scrape services, misuse APIs, or bypass access controls.
SaaS usage terms
Revugem provides product features for reputation operations, including location monitoring, review organization, issue assignment, reporting, and related administrative workflows. Access may depend on plan, configuration, third-party API availability, and product readiness.
Google Business Profile workflow
Revugem is designed to work with Google Business Profile through authorized OAuth/API access. Revugem does not request or store Google passwords and does not claim official Google partner status or approval.
Service availability
Revugem may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. The service may be affected by maintenance, internet conditions, third-party services, API changes, or review and approval requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripartha Global Exports Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Revugem.
